The view from our balcony was fantastic, perfect for watching the sunrise. The elevators were slow, which was frustrating. Right by the beach and mini golf, great for families. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and we had to ask for towels.

Fantastic beach access, just steps away from the sand. We enjoyed the heated pool, but it could use some maintenance. Mini golf is nearby, which was fun for the kids. We had issues with slow elevators during busy times.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with convenient access to the beach. The daily breakfast offered a variety that pleased everyone in our group.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but the quality made it worth it.

The hotel is just feet from the white sands of Pensacola Beach and an easy walk to lots of local restaurants like Riptides and La Playita and amazing attractions like the Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier less than a 10-minute stroll away and with outdoor deck parties and a super clean beach area it was a perfect weekend for soaking in the sun and scenery but the rooms could have used a little more attention during our stay like a call for extra towels which we had to repeat.

Great beach access and heated pool, but check-in staff were a bit rude.

The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with two inviting pools. Loved the friendly staff, but the breakfast was disappointing compared to last year. Room service was non-existent, and I had to call daily for towels. A dirty fridge and windows were frustrating. The hot water barely worked, and the lobby TV playing the news felt off for a vacation vibe. Unfortunately, I found one hundred dollars missing from my purse after housekeeping entered without my consent. It could’ve been a fantastic stay, but those issues really put a damper on the experience.

The room was spacious and offered a stunning ocean view. We appreciated the early check-in and the accommodating staff. noise from neighboring rooms was a persistent issue, making it difficult to rest at night. The bed was comfortable, but the furniture showed signs of age and had some stains, which detracted from the overall cleanliness. Bathroom amenities were lacking, with empty soap and shampoo containers. Temperature control worked well, keeping the room cool. Vending options were limited, necessitating a trip to the lobby for late-night snacks.

Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach offers stunning beach access and a clean, well-maintained property. The breakfast variety was enjoyable, and the staff was attentive. noise from neighboring guests and a minor pest issue detracted slightly from the experience. a solid choice for a beach getaway.

We arrived and were stuck waiting an hour to check in because the rooms weren't ready. Plus, during my stays, the tub wouldn't drain, and despite asking, no one fixed it. Cleanliness was a real letdown; such a shame!

The location was unbeatable—just steps from the clean beach! The pool was a highlight with plenty of toys for the kids. I loved the delicious breakfast options, especially the waffles and made-to-order eggs.
Can just recommend 🥰🌊

Location was excellent, close to restaurants and the beach. Breakfast was mediocre and often overcrowded. Had to deal with maintenance issues in the room. Enjoyed playing at the nearby mini golf course.

Convenient hotel, convenient location with beach access just steps away and a lovely outdoor area featuring two pools and hammocks that overlook a beautiful view of the ocean.
Nothing.

We had an amazing time enjoying the spectacular gulf views from our second-floor room, just a short stroll away from the stunning white sandy beaches and the emerald waters; it was so nice to grab breakfast and relax on the deck with a beautiful palm tree right in front of us. Plus, we were within a few minutes' walk ofCasino Beach, the Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier, and a variety of great places to eat including Shrimp Basket and Red Fish Blue Fish, allowing us to really soak in the local atmosphere during our weekend strolls. And the complementary breakfast and friendly staff made everything even better, but the carpets in the room could use a good shampooing.

The beach access is fantastic, like having a private paradise. The staff is super friendly, and breakfast has a great variety, which is a big plus!
Towels were scarce, and the whole towel card system felt a bit over the top.

Excellent location. Direct access to the beach. The views are stunning, and the staff is exceptionally polite. Housekeeping is attentive and eager to assist. Breakfast was delightful. The double pool was enjoyable too. a heated option would enhance the experience. Unfortunately, on NYE, events were lacking. A bit more on-site entertainment would have been appreciated. The refrigerator in the room could have performed better. Wi-Fi was spotty at best, a considerable downside. Fitness center lacked cleaning supplies for the machines; this needs to be addressed. Choices regarding the floor level should be available at booking—guests deserve that option. Despite these points, the place exceeded expectations. It’s a solid choice with room for improvement.

Had an amazing time at a hotel near the beach, with two pools, a bar, and daily complimentary breakfast with changing options. Loved the cozy feel of the lobby, clean sitting areas, and the thoughtful Mother's Day rose giveaway.
Encountered cleanliness issues with leftover washcloths in the room from previous guests, and an unclean shower curtain suggested inadequate room preparation. It's essential for the property to ensure thorough cleaning practices and offer equal, respectful treatment to all guests.

The outdoor pool kept the kids entertained, and we even caught the local flavor at the Pensacola King Mackerel and Cobia Fishing Tournament nearby!
My children wanted more kid-friendly menu options at the hotel.

The pool was quite disappointing, so we ended up using the one at the Hilton instead. the lack of a hot tub was a letdown, as we usually enjoy relaxing in one during our trips. The mattress in our room was incredibly hard, making it feel like we were sleeping on the ground. We were grateful we brought our own pillows, as the ones provided were not very comfortable. there were some positives about the property that stood out to us. The location was great, close to fantastic restaurants, the beach, mini-golf, and dolphin cruises. We appreciated the convenience of being so near many attractions. One aspect that left a sour taste was the unexpected extra charge of $117 at check-out. It felt like a sneaky move, and the staff's handling of the situation was not ideal. We also encountered unfriendly staff members, which dampened our experience. The inconsistency in service left us feeling uncomfortable. Despite the drawbacks, we did enjoy certain amenities the property offered, such as the beach proximity, two pools, and a bar. The complimentary breakfast with daily variety was a nice touch, although it may not suit those with sensory sensitivities. The staff, for the most part, were friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. On the flip side, our room had several issues like a broken phone and fridge, along with a dirty, smelly pillow. The lack of responsiveness to our concerns was disappointing, especially during our four-night stay. while there were highlights like the beach access and breakfast, the overall experience at Hampton Inn was marred by various problems with the room and service.

We hit up the Great Gulf Coast Arts Fest and fish tourney. The hotel had an epic pool, rad fitness center, and TVs in every room!
More late-night activities for us party animals would have been dope.

we had car issues and couldn't check in until 9pm, but the front desk gentleman, Jones, greeted us with a smile and even helped us find a fork at 1030pm. the kindness of the staff went a long way. beautiful beach within walking distance to many restaurants and close to stores where you can buy anything needed for the beach. the hotel grounds are well maintained, and the staff were all friendly.
There was nothing I didn't like 😊

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the beautiful beach view and the convenience of being within walking distance to various amenities. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great breakfast selection that changed daily. Additionally, we appreciated the nearby putt-putt and restaurants.
Clean towels were hard to come by, and the towel quality left much to be desired. There were also issues with early check-in, customer service, and billing discrepancies that were not effectively resolved.

We really enjoyed the prime beachfront location and the comfortable room at Hampton Inn. The beautiful view of the Gulf added to the relaxing atmosphere. The nearby restaurants and boardwalk were convenient for exploring. The overall experience exceeded our expectations. I'd recommend this hotel.
